Apple Analytics paylaşımını cihazında açtıysan Apple, çökme günlüklerini bize anonim olarak iletebilir. Bu raporlar kimlik bilgisi içermez ve yalnızca hataları düzeltmek için kullanılır. Bu paylaşımı iOS Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › Analitik ve İyileştirmeler'den kapatabilirsin.

Camino Sur is an iOS app that teaches Spanish from zero. This policy explains which data is kept where while you use the app, what is shared with whom, and what your rights are. The short version: there is no account, we do not know who you are, your progress stays on your device, and the only network connection is purchase verification.
Your learning progress is stored only on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework:
None of this reaches us. If device backups (iCloud or computer backups) are enabled, app data is included in your backup under Apple's backup rules. Deleting the app deletes all of this data from your device.
The Camino Sur Plan is sold through Apple's App Store payment system (StoreKit). Your payment details exist only at Apple; we never see your card number.
To verify that your subscription is active and to let you restore purchases, we use a software library provided by RevenueCat, Inc. During this process the following data is transmitted to RevenueCat:
This data is processed solely to verify, restore and protect your subscription against fraud; it is not used for marketing and is not shared with any other third party. RevenueCat's own policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Notifications are scheduled only if you grant permission and only inside your device (local notifications). There is no remote push infrastructure and no device token is collected. You can withdraw permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Lessons, words, stories and more than 5,700 audio clips ship inside the app; the entire learning experience works offline. The only network connection the app makes is to Apple and RevenueCat servers for purchase and subscription verification.
If you have enabled analytics sharing with Apple on your device, Apple may forward crash logs to us anonymously. These reports contain no identity data and are used only to fix bugs. You can turn this off in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Camino Sur is designed for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data.
Requests are answered within 30 days.
When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its effective date. Material changes are also announced inside the app.
