Put “Camino Sur” in the subject line and include your iPhone model, iOS version and the screen where the problem happens. A screenshot speeds things up.
The interface follows your device language: Turkish on devices set to Turkish, English on every other device. To change it, use iOS Settings › General › Language & Region. The Spanish content is identical in both editions, and your progress is kept when the language changes.
No. The lessons, 2,000 words, 14 stories and all audio narration ship with the app. A connection is needed only while purchasing or verifying a subscription.
The whole first unit, the First Steps word pack, 2 audio stories and unlimited Smart Review — for good. Everything else opens with the Camino Sur Plan.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases on any plan screen or on the Profile tab. If it still does not appear, check that Camino Sur is active in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Camino Sur › Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
If you are eligible, the annual plan starts with a 3-day trial. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged. The annual fee is charged when the trial ends; Apple sends a reminder before charging.
Because payments are processed by Apple, refund requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot see your request; Apple makes the decision.
Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting and reinstalling the app resets it; restoring from an iCloud or computer backup brings it back. Your subscription is always tied to your Apple ID and can be restored regardless.
Check that the silent switch is off and the media volume is up. Every piece of audio has its text on screen, so you can keep going without sound. If a specific word or sentence has no audio, tell us which one and we will fix it.
In Profile › Settings you can enlarge the text and change the narration speed. If Reduce Motion is on in iOS, every transition in the app is simplified. VoiceOver is supported.
Thank you — send the name of the topic or story and the sentence in question. Corrections ship with the next update.
iOS Settings › Notifications › Camino Sur. Notifications are scheduled only on your device; once off, nothing is sent.
All data on your device disappears when you delete the app. For purchase-verification records, follow the steps in the Privacy Policy.
