Camino Sur uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama App Store'dan edinildiği için Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; çelişme hâlinde bu sayfadaki koşullar sana daha lehte olduğu ölçüde uygulanır.
Sana, Uygulamayı sahip olduğun Apple cihazlarında kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kiralayamaz ya da içeriğini başka bir üründe kullanamazsın.
Dersler, alıştırmalar, kelime kartları, hikâyeler, çeviriler ve sesli anlatım dâhil Uygulamadaki tüm içerik Evren Akdam'a aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. İçerik yalnızca Uygulama içinde, kendi öğrenmen için kullanılabilir; kaydedilemez, çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz.
İçerik dikkatle hazırlanmıştır; yine de dilbilgisi veya çeviri hatası bulursan Destek sayfasından bildir. Uygulama belirli bir sınav sonucu ya da dil seviyesi garantisi vermez.
İlk ünitenin tamamı, İlk Adımlar kelime paketi, 2 sesli hikâye ve sınırsız Akıllı Tekrar süre sınırı olmaksızın ücretsizdir. Ücretsiz sürümün kapsamını gelecekteki güncellemelerde değiştirebiliriz; hâlihazırda satın aldığın plan bundan etkilenmez.
Uygulama hesap gerektirmez. İlerlemen yalnızca cihazında saklanır; cihaz değiştirdiğinde ilerlemen ancak cihaz yedeğin aracılığıyla taşınır. Uygulamayı silmek ilerlemeni siler. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası.
Uygulamayı ve içeriğini dilediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, geliştirebilir veya bazı bölümlerini değiştirebiliriz. Hizmeti tamamen sonlandırmamız gerekirse aktif aboneler en az 30 gün önceden bilgilendirilir.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağına dair garanti vermeyiz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar bu maddeden etkilenmez.
Bu koşulları ihlal edersen lisansın sona erer. Sen de Uygulamayı silerek lisansı istediğin an sonlandırabilirsin; aboneliğin varsa ayrıca iptal etmen gerekir (bkz. 4).
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bulunduğun ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.

By downloading or using the Camino Sur app (the “App”) you accept these terms. Because the App is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, the terms on this page apply to the extent they are more favourable to you.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own, for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, rent or lease the App, or use its content in another product.
All content in the App — lessons, exercises, word cards, stories, translations and audio narration — belongs to Evren Akdam and is protected by copyright. Content may be used only inside the App, for your own learning; it may not be saved, reproduced or distributed.
The content is prepared with care; if you nonetheless find a grammar or translation error, report it through the Support page. The App does not guarantee any particular exam result or language level.
The whole first unit, the First Steps word pack, 2 audio stories and unlimited Smart Review are free with no time limit. We may change the scope of the free version in future updates; a plan you have already purchased is not affected.
The App does not require an account. Your progress is stored only on your device; when you change devices, progress moves only through your device backup. Deleting the App deletes your progress. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We may update, improve or change parts of the App and its content at any time. If we ever need to discontinue the service entirely, active subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance.
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free and we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this section.
Your license ends if you breach these terms. You may end the license at any time by deleting the App; if you have a subscription, cancel it separately (see section 4).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
